Terms of Service:
(Boring!) But necessary.

By purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms or Service. Any participation in our service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. 

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delay in providing information that has been requested may result in delays of your project. You (the client) will be held liable for any and all agreed upon services rendered by myself (Matt Davis Marketing) and/or any of our employees, contractors, or third-party service providers. 


Revisions & Approvals
Logo Design includes up to 3 revisions; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Website Design projects will have a delivery and launch date - with revisions allowed up to 30 days following the delivery on your website. however, significant changes to the scope of your project may result in additional fees and/or additional time billed. 


Payment Terms
Depending on which service or digital product you've chosen to purchase, payment for said product or service will be either due up front as per the agreement at checkout. Some services are one-time payments, while other require a refundable deposit before the initial service consultation is booked. Our time is valuable and this deposit shows us you are a legitimate person(s) and/or business. (We don't accept physical checks unless we're able to verify it's legitimacy beforehand.)


Payments for our services will be made using our safe and encrypted payment processor available on our website. Matt Davis Marketing LLC reserves the right to change its prices and/or offer discounts and promotions at will. Services will commence upon receipt of payment or after the initial deposit has been received. 


Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the final design and developed content. However, Matt Davis Marketing retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes. 


Cancellation Policy
If the client chooses to cancel the service, notification must be made in writing. Any work completed by Matt Davis Marketing up until the time of cancellation will be billed at the rate of $100 per hour and you (the client) will be held accountable for payment of said hours.


Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to up-hold the quality and reputation of each client's online reputation and do our best to follow platform and community guidelines when acting on behalf of your business. With that being said, Matt Davis Marketing is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of you and/or your business(s) use of our services. 


All of your information and personal and/or company materials you provide to use are considered highly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing the services outlined in this marketing agreement.


Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Matt Davis Marketing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. (Don't worry - We will inform you of any major changes relating to your project - if applicable.)


Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Chatham County, Savannah, Georgia without regard to its conflict of lawful provisions.

Account Creation

To access our digital marketing services and/or service bundles, you may be asked to create an account on our website. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false or inaccurate information during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

Consultation Scheduling

As part of the purchase process, you are required to schedule an initial consultation to discuss your marketing needs in relation to the specific service you've chosen. You may be asked to pay an initial online deposit that will be automatically applied to your final purchase. You will schedule a date and time for your initial service consultation to take place on Zoom through our bookings portal.

Confirmation & Receipt

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order along with a receipt and a copy of the service agreement for your records. Please review and retain these documents for future reference.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. It is our responsibility to respect you or your businesses privacy and information in a way that is not harmful to you or your business. Any information we may collect from you across our website, and/or any 3rd party sites is outlined in our privacy policy.
