Terms of Service

Introduction
Welcome to Matt Davis Marketing. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms or Service. Please read them carefully. Any participation in our service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms below, please do not use our marketing agency for your business.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delay in providing these may result in project delays.

 

Revisions and Approvals
Logo Design includes up to 3 revisions; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Website Design includes unlimited revisions; however, significant changes to the scope of the project may result in additional fees.

 

All final deliverables must be approved by you, the client, before the project is considered complete.

 

Payment Terms
Payment will be due up front as per the agreement at checkout. You may pay for your selected service package using our safe and secure payment options. Matt Davis Marketing LLC reserves the right to change its prices and to offer discounts and/or temporary promotions at will. Services will commence upon receipt of the payment and after the necessary info is received. 

 

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the final design and developed content. However, Matt Davis Marketing retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes. 

 

Cancellation Policy
If the client chooses to cancel the service, notification must be made in writing. Any work completed until the time of cancellation will be billed at the rate of $100 per hour.

 

Limitation of Liability
Matt Davis Marketing is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the client's use of our services.

 

Confidentiality
All of your information and personal and/or company materials you provide to use are considered highly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing the services outlined in this marketing agreement.

 

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Matt Davis Marketing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 

 

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Chatham County, Savannah, Georgia without regard to its conflict of lawful provisions.

Account Creation

To access our digital marketing services and/or service bundles, you must create an account with Matt Davis Marketing LLC. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false or inaccurate information during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

Consultation Scheduling

As part of the purchase process, you are required to schedule an initial consultation to discuss your marketing needs. You may select a convenient date and time through our booking portal. 

Confirmation & Receipt

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order along with a receipt and a copy of the service agreement for your records. Please review and retain these documents for future reference.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. It is Matt Davis Marketing LLC's policy to respect your privacy and personal information in a way that is not harmful to you or your business. Any information we may collect from you across our website, and/or any 3rd party sites is outlined in our privacy policy.
